In this case, Vince‘s auto has shown outstanding customer service, compassion, and dedication in a manner that I would only expect from my grandmother. Michael McAllister22 August 2023A week ago my clutch went out in Baltimore on a Sunday--on the way to Florida to say goodbye to a dying friend! It happened very suddenly and I was stuck and on the edge of panic!! I carefully researched area shops and Vince's was one of the shops I called 1st thing Monday morning 🌄. From that 1st call to T, and throughout the whole process I felt I was in competent and caring hands. They did everything they could to commandeer the parts as quickly as possible, communicate with me throughout the process and educate me on some other important considerations--like changing my battery out before it fails catastrophically, keeping up on filter changes at regular intervals and other preventative tips that I had not considered. I learned a lot from them and they got me back on the road as quickly they could! Just as importantly the clutch worked flawlessly on I-95 and their prices were fair. I can't be more grateful 🙏 to you guy's! It was an amazing and refreshing garage experience for a change! My partner and i have brought a total of 4 different vehicles to Vince’s over the years and every single time I left with exactly what I needed at a more than fair price. The staff are all very kind and extremely knowledgeable and make you feel confident in your decision to come here. I recently had an issue with my A/C and as a single mother I was concerned about the cost of repairs but Ray made sure I was taken care of. I have never had any further issues with my vehicles after leaving Vince’s and have never felt like I was ripped off for the cost repairs, as so many other shops do. Never do they try to charge for something that is NOT needed or only fix what you (customer) thinks is needed but their diagnostic equipment (high end) says something else. Has not been wrong yet. Even if you have an older vehicle where getting parts for can be a challenge, they still get the job done and always keep you posted on progress. Aaron Chandler29 June 2021First time visiting Vince's, and I was treated like their most respected customer. First off, there's no indoor seating for waiting. There's a shaded gazebo outside. And parking is a bit of a mess. I needed an oil change, and diagnosis/replace some suspension parts. Wasn't quite sure where the noise was coming from, but I had an inconsistent clunking noise in the driver wheel well. Oil change went fine, although it did take around 2 hours. I was told they use race oil and premium filters (along with other parts) you won't be able to find in stores, so I was ok with the wait. Onto the suspension diagnosis, this is where I would recommend Vince's over ANY other mechanic. I was told they took my car for a test drive and could definitely hear a clunking, but even after a visual inspection they couldn't find an issue. I was told they just bought a very expensive computer with sensors and microphones which could attach to the undercarriage to better understand where the noise was coming from. Diagnosis was $150, and I was assured it would work. They hooked it up and within 30 minutes they had a test drive complete and told me it was the stabilizer links on the driver's side. Total repair was about $350 for both sides. The repair would be a couple of hours Vince told me, and offered to give me a ride back home. I live about 2 miles away but still, GREAT gesture. Left my car at the shop around 1030, and around 4pm I got a call saying my car was done and they'd bring it over to my place, pick me up, and have me test drive it back to the shop. Instantly I could feel the difference and NO CLUNKING NOISE. Around $100 for oil change, $150 for diagnosis, and $350 for stabilizer links Great friendly service, labor was done professionally (they keep bins with hardware which comes off the car, to prevent losing bolts, fasteners etc.), successful and interesting diagnosis, timely repairs, and even offered to drop me off and pick me up after the work was done. I can't name a shop not only in the area, but in the entire nation I'd recommend more than Vince's. First time visiting Vince's, would absolutely visit againPosted on Google
