WE THE PEOPLE UNITED FOR CHANGE, INC. (WTPUFC) is a nonprofit community development organization based in Baltimore, Maryland, dedicated to strengthening communities through education, outreach, advocacy, and supportive social service programs. The organization focuses on empowering individuals and families while creating safer, healthier, and more connected neighborhoods throughout Baltimore and surrounding communities.
Founded on the belief that real community development begins with investing in people, WTPUFC works to provide resources, opportunities, and programs that support long-term stability, economic empowerment, and community wellness.
