Yoga mouth collective is more than a studio, its a community. We were anxious to attend a class, not knowing what to expect but as soon as I entered all of my anxiety washed away its all very chill. Everything is clean and bright. Our teacher Alicia was great! I took my 15 year old and she had a great time. She said she liked that she felt seen and heard during the lesson. We attended the self defense lesson and it was great! Alicia taught us things I'd never have thought of. She taught us to use our voice and our body when faced with an attacker. The location is easy to access and there are tonnes of classes. Meditation, yoga, workout, jujitsu. They are always adding new ones too.

I’ve been taking classes with Kristi since 2021 and have followed her everywhere—so when she and Fel opened this studio, I was all in. They’ve created such a welcoming, fun, and judgment-free space. I always feel comfortable being myself here. The energy is real, the community is amazing, and the workouts are solid every time. So grateful to have this place to move, sweat, and just be.
