Phil did my fall spray at my home. He was very friendly, on time, personable, and did a great job helping to protect my home from insects. I have been a customer of Bug Squashers before it became Bug Squashers. The owner of Bug Squashes, Chris, was the first one to come to my house many years ago when I had a spider problem and I believe the name of the company was called “Johnson’s Pest Control. Excellent service over the years and the locked-in rate makes it even better. Thank you!Posted on Google

Erin19 October 2026We’ve been using Bug Squashers for quite some time and have been very happy with their service. Phil did our application today and was very knowledgeable, respectful, & thorough. He could tell I was a concerned dog-parent and did a great job explaining the process. Catherine Tabor19 October 2026We decided to try the mosquito control service that Bug Squashers offered this summer and it honestly was such a smart move. As everyone I know complained about how horrible mosquitoes were this year, I have not seen one mosquito in my house and have not been attacked by a swarm every time I walk out in my yard. Our technician, Phil, obviously did an excellent job. He was always thorough, professional and respectful of our property. I hope he will be the technician to service our home again next summer.Posted on Google

Ashley Jeffers8 October 2026We used bug squashers for their mosquito prevention treatments from the very beginning of the season. At first I thought that the mosquitos just might not be too bad this year because I never saw them while we were out in the yard with the kids but that was definitely not the case because we went for a walk in the neighborhood and were instantly swarmed by the mosquitoes. Phil was great and always very responsive when I had questions and even better, the treatments actually worked. I’ll definitely be using them again next year.Posted on Google

Mathew Edwards8 October 2026I had some obvious termite damage on my hardwood flooring in the dining room of my 1956 colonial. Called bug squashers after hours and left a voicemail. Received a response within 15 minutes and scheduled the inspection. Inspection confirmed the active termite infestation and an appointment was scheduled to treat the active area and the perimeter of my house. Josh arrived on time and was completely professional and thorough. I will be using them every year to treat my home as this is the second time I've had termites in 20 years. Forget about the bait traps and the big companies, bug squashers is local and has your best interest in mind.Posted on Google

L Brooks12 February 2026Highly recommend! I've had a quarterly contract with Bug Squashers for the past 3+ years. They are always on time (if not a tad early); always flexible if I need to reschedule (they usually have to remind me when its time for my quarterly appointment) & always offering to come check out any problems I'm seeing. They're also very thorough - treating both inside & outside, and their prices are very reasonable. I used to have Terminix & they left a lot to be desired. But I can honestly say that I see very little critters in my house due to Bug Squashers; its a huge reduction vs. when I first moved in.Posted on Google

I found Bug Squashers recommended on my community Facebook page and I had them come out. I'm now a few months in, and I haven't seen a critter since I hired them. Katie Brunner12 June 2024We have had such great experiences with Bug Squashers! We were unfortunately faced with termite damage (inactive) when we bought our house in 2021. We decided at the time to do a treatment out of precaution and proceed with annual services. Our provider we previously worked with retired and turned his business over to Chris. Chris offered us the same fair rate we previously had and graciously set us up for automatic appointments. I love that I get reminders as it’s approaching. Furthermore, they make it super easy to pay our bill online. Recently, we unfortunately had some bees that had stung our little one in our backyard. I was able to leave a voicemail and get an appointment quickly. The admin was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a strong understanding of the process and a starting point on what we could expect for pricing. Chris arrived on-time and had an automated text sent to me to say he was 30 minutes away. This is so helpful for someone like me who works from home but is always in meetings. We reviewed the area together, told me what his approach was going to be, provided a price and we quickly agreed to service it immediately so my daughter could get back to playing in our backyard. He gave me advice on how long to keep the dog and toddler out of the yard and things to look for in the next few days. I am so thankful that we have a partner in removing pests with Bug Squashers and Chris. I am thoroughly impressed with the service, quality, and can’t recommend him enough!Posted on Google
Rufus Wallace29 May 2024Chris came right out to check when I discovered wood shavings. He explained the problem, treated the area, and told me how to prevent the problem from happening again. Christina Parris12 April 2024Our first year in our home, my husband and I tried to treat for ants, spiders, and crickets on our own and it felt like a constant battle. We started using Bug Squashers for our home about 3 years ago and we will never have it any other way again. Such a difference in the amount of bugs and so much less stress!Posted on Google
Robert Morris9 April 2024We saw evidence of what we believed to be an insect infestation. Chris came out the next day and did a thorough inspection. What we thought was evidence of bugs turned out to be nothing. Chris could have done the service anyway, but instead was very honest with us and said we don’t need further treatment. Chris is a man of integrity and I highly recommend him.Posted on Google
