He was accommodating to our limited availability due to the few days we had in MD to look for a house, (we were moving from the west coast). Tim made the process easy by providing us a plethora of homes to choose from prior to our flight to MD. Once we landed we told him which ones we were interested in, and he set the walk thrus up the very next day. Throughout our indecision Tim was patient and helped provide feedback to our worries and questions. The closing process... again, I was worried it was going to be even more difficult since we have now returned to the west coast. Fortunately, Team Caropreso are EXPERTS at their job AND communication. They kept us updated daily, arranged for a notary public to come to our house to sign closing docs. At the end of the day, a seemingly daunting task was easy and smooth, thanks to Team Caropreso. The woman from that service called me, vetted me, and wrote me off immediately. Never heard from her again. Around that time I had also received a call from Lisa Stamper at Team Caropreso. Lisa was immediately invested in helping find a home for my wife and I. There were two years in a row that I was strictly in savings mode and she would check in to ensure the list of houses she was sending matched our criteria. She also did not get frustrated when I changed the requirements a couple of times and retracted our first offer on a house due to cold feet. She put in the work and absolutely deserved our business. But she still sends us house updates every week to look at. Then started looking a house again last May 2024 . She is always available if we have a questions, and also available at weekends if we have a house tour. We finally got our House last August 19,2024. When one of my good friends moved to MD, I set him up with Danny when he decided he was looking into purchasing his own home. Danny was able to set a meeting up with him the very next day and start viewing houses. He ended up choosing one the numerous houses they viewed that day and made an offer. It is my friend’s first time buying a house and is a veteran. Danny worked with him through the entire process and was able to get my friend into the house he wanted. I would recommend using Danny if you are looking at purchasing a new home, looking to sell, etc. You won’t be disappointed!
