We hired Ferco Contractor for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, and from the very first meeting to the final walkthrough, Federico and his entire team were nothing short of exceptional. Even though I made several changes throughout the project, Federico was incredibly patient, accommodating, and flexible. No request was ever too big or too small, and he always made me feel like my vision mattered. His pricing was very competitive, his estimate was accurate, and there were no surprises along the way. Most importantly, the quality of the work was outstanding. I can honestly say the craftsmanship was as close to perfect as you can get. On the rare occasion that something wasn't exactly how he wanted it, or how I envisioned it, he addressed it immediately, without question or hesitation. His commitment to getting every detail right was truly impressive. Federico is professional, organized, and an excellent listener. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and turned my dream kitchen into a reality. His crew was equally wonderful to work with.  They were kind, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly thoughtful. They showed up every single day, kept the project moving, treated our home with care, and finished exactly when they said they would. I've worked with contractors before, and I can honestly say I've never experienced this level of organization, communication, craftsmanship, and professionalism. Federico and his team genuinely care about the quality of their work and about their customers. They're not only highly skilled, they're truly good people. We were so impressed that we've already hired them back for additional home repair projects, and they'll be the first people we call for every future renovation or repair. Federico and his team renovated our kitchen in 2021 and did such a spectacular job (including breaking down a wall and relocating a sink!) that they have been our go-to contractor ever since. I don't normally write reviews, but the service that Federico and his team have consistently provided us, now through three separate jobs, has been truly extraordinary. They just finished re-roofing and painting the exterior of our house, and they were again punctual, professional, patient (with all my questions and indecision about stain and paint colors!), and kind and did a truly amazing job! Federico is the rare combination of a contractor who is both phenomenal at all aspects of job implementation AND has a fantastic sense of color and design--you can rely on Federico to help you select the best color palette, in addition to completing your project to perfection! This review is long overdue, but we really wanted to take the time to share how great our experience was. From start to finish, Federico and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely respectful of our time and our home — always punctual, clear in communication, and careful to keep the work areas clean and organized each day. We especially appreciated that their quote was realistic and transparent, with no surprises or hidden costs along the way. They were also incredibly thoughtful in providing creative, practical solutions to a complicated venting concern that we had — something that other contractors had dismissed or struggled to address. The quality of their work matched their professionalism, and they treated our project and our home with genuine care.
