Named for the artisan limestone springs that flow beneath the property, Springfield Manor has grown into Maryland’s first combined winery, distillery, and brewery – an experience unlike anything else in Frederick County.
The estate sits atop its own limestone aquifer, and that signature spring water flows into every craft product made here. Current crop production on the farm includes grapes, lavender, corn, and hay, while an active apiary of 35 hives adds to the estate’s living, working farm character. The renovated historic bank barn houses beautiful tasting rooms for the winery, distillery, and brewery, along with outdoor patio seating, indoor tasting bars, and flexible event space hosting live music and popular community events.
