TrueDecks did a terrific job with my deck and cedar lattice privacy wall. My family and I are appreciative of the foreman/craftsman (Joselito) for his extraordinary trade skills, courtesy, and professionalism. He was always relaxed and confident with making sure the end goal met or exceeded our expectations.

The crews showed up precisely as scheduled for both cleaning and painting. They were SUPER professional and careful and appeared to do a very thorough job though they had to do a lot of very detailed work. This is the second time we've used this company (first time was a few years ago; this year's work was an update as explained in the contact.)

I had 2 deck posts that appeared to be rotten at ground level. The company assured me that they would shore up the deck with temporary supports prior to replacing the posts. This gave me assurance that they would do a good job and my large deck would still be standing. Mission compete!

My experience with TrueDecks was amazing. They were very communicative. on time, and professional. In addition to great customer service, the quality of the work was terrific. I am so delighted with our decks and would definitely work with them again.

Great experience with TrueDecks! Managing structural repairs remotely can be tough, but Abi provided top-tier customer service, keeping me updated with detailed photo documentation at every step. Special thanks to Carlos for taking quick accountability to fix initial scheduling delays and to Pavel’s crew for ensuring the repairs met all requirements and code standards. Reliable, professional, and great communication—highly recommended!

The crew was on time, listened to and acted on my concerns. The work was excellent and everyone was pleasant.
Also, the person who answered the phone helped me get on the schedule for the next phase very soon after I explained that we needed to get the work done asap.

I had researched and talked to several companies 9 years ago when our then-20+ year-old custom deck needed cleaning and refinishing. Jose Ugalde's TrueDecks, then DeckMaster, provided the most professional and detailed information and a competitive price (maybe not the cheapest). They did a great job then, very organized crews did each stage of the work. This year it was time to refresh or redeck with Trex -- we decided to replace the wood surface (retaining the structure) with the Trex composite with its long life expectancy and easier maintenance. In very organized scheduling and fashion, each crew arrived and executed each stage -- demo of the old wood, Trex deck installation, cleaning and then color-match of the original wood structure, follow-up of minor details. In a nutshell, a good, comprehensive, professional job that looks great and should last beyond our time in this house...where we've already been for 48 years!

We are more than satisfied with the TrueDecks folks. Project Manager Rivera was patient and accommodating as we were deciding how best to proceed with our partial re-decking project. Selwen, who was in charge of the alteration was excellent. When I presented him with what I knew would be a couple of unanticipated and challenging issues, he listened, looked at the areas where I had my concern and replied "we'll figure it out"; and he did. How refreshing. Jose, the carpenter, was a smiling, quiet artist. The finished project looks great! Both he and Selwen served as great representatives of the TrueDecks company. Based on this one-time experience, I would recommend TrueDecks without reservation.
Well done, folks!!
Well done!
