Kylie, the owner, is incredibly creative—you can tell this is her heart and soul. She has a gift for helping you bring your vision to life, even taking it a step further than you imagined. Hope, her assistant, was so calm, cool, and talented. She also played a big role in helping bring ideas to life and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Katie Guido20 January 2026ADD THE RESIN ROOM TO YOUR WINTER TO-DO LIST! They even have workshops for kids 8+! We had the best time hosting a private party this past weekend! The Resin Room offers step-by-step guided workshops, private events, and “open” studio time where you can create your own one-of-a-kind resin art. What started as a fun hobby for owner Kylie has turned into a beautiful new business, and it’s officially been open for less than two months! We left our glass art pieces behind for Kylie and Paul to seal with resin for a glossy, permanent finish, and they’ll be ready for pickup in just 48 hours! We had a delicious spread of our local favorites, including Timber Pizza, The Big Cheese, Annapolis Amish Market, Rise Up Coffee, Bar and Batter, and Great Frogs Winery! Before you leave, don’t skip the studio’s boutique filled with handcrafted resin pieces made right in the studio, including trays, coasters, home décor, seasonal gifts, and even custom orders! We will definitely be back!!+8Posted on Google

Heather14 December 2025I surprised my mom with a 90-minute glass art session at Resin Room, and it turned out to be one of the most meaningful and joyful experiences we’ve shared together. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place is truly special. Kylie and Paul, the owners, are the heart and soul of Resin Room. They were incredibly kind, patient, and generous with their knowledge. Learning from their experience and thoughtful pointers made the process feel both accessible and inspiring, no pressure, just encouragement, creativity, and genuine care. They meet you exactly where you are and help you create something you’re proud of, which is such a gift. The space itself feels warm, welcoming, and creatively alive. Resin Room is not just a studio—it’s a community and a much-needed creative haven in Annapolis. Places like this matter. They bring people together, spark confidence, and create memories that last far beyond the artwork you take home. Watching my mom light up while creating glass art was priceless, and I’m so grateful to Kylie and Paul for making the experience so heartfelt and meaningful. We left feeling inspired, connected, and already excited to come back. If you’re looking for a unique experience, a thoughtful gift, or a creative escape, Resin Room is an absolute gem. Annapolis is lucky to have it. 💛+0Posted on Google

Claire Grace7 December 2025What a great experience! This was my first time working with glass/resin. After a quick tutorial on the different types of glass, application examples, and choosing a frame, it was time to create. The process was a roller coaster of emotions: frustrating, thrilling, discouraging, exciting. Kylie's encouragement allowed me to continue, even though my project looked like a hot mess. "Trust the process" was Kylie's cry. Once I embraced the process, a rewarding project appeared. The Resin Room is an inviting space and is truly an Annapolis gem. The workshops are ideal for date night, girls outing, company bonding, or something for one. Looking forward to attending another session.+0Posted on Google
Kelly Beavan18 November 2025As someone who grew up in MD and spent most of my early 20s in downtown Annapolis, I must say the newly opened Resin Room is a MUCH needed art studio/event space for those looking for something new and creative. The studio and workshop space itself is truly a gem, in a perfect location, and owner Kylie is an AMAZING teacher who makes channeling your inner artist easy and fun (just look at the gorgeous resin board I made in my workshop!). Highly recommend one of the workshops for a small or large group (or even by yourself, because the vibes there are that great!!). Kylie is super friendly and a very talented artist--at least pop in to check out all of her different types of unique and beautiful pieces and home gifts in the studio's boutique! :)+0Posted on Google
Harvey Cornwell13 November 2025I had an awesome experience at The Resin Room on West St in Annapolis. Kylie and Paul have created something really special. It is an interactive art studio where you can make everything from glass artwork to resin decorated crafts. Kylie leads the classes step by step and does an amazing job of explaining everything clearly. I have no artistic ability at all and she still made the entire process easy to follow. She gives you guidance and direction, but also lets you be creative so you can make something that feels personal and unique. This place is perfect for group outings. It works great for bridal showers, baby showers, girls night out, family activities, team building, corporate events and more. I made a resin decorated cutting board and it turned out way better than I expected. I am actually excited to put it on display in my kitchen. If you have never worked with resin before, you will be fine. It is easy to pick up and Kylie and Paul make sure you feel comfortable from start to finish. You will walk out with something you are proud of and you will have a great time doing it. I highly recommend checking out The Resin Room.+1Posted on Google
Mandi Kindel11 November 2025My husband and I recently visited The Resin Room and we were blown away! Not only is it in a great location, but the entire experience was so unique and fun. We chose the wood art session and had the best time getting creative — we ended up making pieces we never imagined we could actually pull off. I’m already excited to go back and try the stained glass session where you use broken glass and resin to create a framed piece of art. Highly recommend!+1Posted on Google
Jennifer Dresner5 November 2025My husband and I had the best time at The Resin Room! We did a DIY Wood Art workshop and it was such a great experience! The studio was beautiful, clean, and organized. Kylie and Paul made it easy and enjoyable. They both were extremely patient and encouraging (we had never done anything like this before) and we loved the art we created! It was a great date night with my husband and I am looking forward to going back with him and a group of our friends.Posted on Google
Bryan4 November 2025I recently attended a 90-minute session at The Resin Room and had a rewarding experience learning how to combine stained glass and resin to create a framed portrait. The facility was very nice and well-equipped, providing everything needed, including high-quality materials and helpful guidance. The instruction was excellent, particularly from Kylie, who demonstrated impressive knowledge of the resin medium and made the artistic process feel accessible. Beyond the stained glass class, I saw examples of their cutting board sessions, where students learn to mix resin to create functional art. The resulting pieces looked incredibly inspiring. I highly recommend The Resin Room for anyone looking for a well-supported and unique creative class.+2Posted on Google
AshLee Turner3 November 2025My husband and I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend an early access event at the Resin Room in Annapolis and we were absolutely blown away. If you're looking for a creative, fun, and genuinely unique experience, this is it. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and inspiring. The "resin room" is essentially a candy store for creatives! Seeing the vast array of crushed glass and glittering embellishments laid out in organized jars immediately sparked our imaginations. The space is bright, clean, and perfectly set up for messy fun. The process of creating our glass resin art was surprisingly meditative and incredibly fun to do as a couple. The staff provided clear instructions on mixing the resin, laying down the base paint, and placing the glass pieces. My husband created a fantastic piece featuring a bold Washington 'W' logo using rich reds and whites, while I focused on a detailed heron design using beautiful blues, blacks, and greens. It was wonderful to work side-by-side, encouraging each other and admiring the sheer amount of beautiful materials available. The early access experience felt professional yet warmly guided. The staff were attentive, ensuring we had all the tools and confidence we needed without stifling our creativity. We left not just with fantastic memories, but with two truly striking pieces of art that we made ourselves. This is so much more engaging than a typical paint-and-sip night. We highly recommend The Resin Room for couples, friends, or anyone who wants to unleash their inner artist and walk away with a high-quality, memorable keepsake. We can’t wait to come back when they officially open!Posted on Google
