From my initial call to discuss service, NWS was polite and professional. "Dan" arrived at the agreed upon time. Rather than try to sell us an expensive "fix", he listened to our concerns, asked questions, had me look up information on our well system, and made a preliminary assessment of the problem before removing the well cap. He called the office to have a part delivered to him, and after determining that our problem stemmed from a leak to a valve stem, a helper arrived to assist him in removing something from the well. Dan then replaced the faulty/corroded part and performed routine maintenance on our water treatment system. Throughout, he explained what he was doing and why. Onwueme Onwueme25 September 2026Nobody wants to have to call the plumber for emergency water break in basement but if you ever have to, my experience with National Water Service, which I found via online search, set the benchmark for what customer service should look like. It was not contrived customer concern like you get when you call auto insurance (the canned "of we're glad to hear your ok..." welcome but scripted line). This was genuine, no frills straight to the point assessment, consideration and plan. The price estimate for my tank replacement was competitive and an added bonus. From Andrea (call center/office staff) to Joe and Dennis who came out to do the work, this was impeccable professionalism. Dennis and Joe were deliberate in being as unintrusive as possible insisting to access the basement only via back door to minimize dirt tracking. And at end when they finished, final concluding cost came in less than estimated. (When another company tried to charge 1k more!!) This transparency was the icing on the proverbial cake. Service technician was at our house on time. Great communication and the pump was replaced. The technician mentioned our storage tank might need to be replaced. At the time was just happy to have water. Called them first thing Monday morning. Told them the about the water pressure. With in a hour a team came with a new water storage tank might install was quick. Water pressure back to normal . They also explained the points of failure for our current system and the reasons why a replacement would be more beneficial as well as much less expensive to run and maintain. They even gave us an assessment for our water heaters and suggested an inexpensive improvement that will save energy and monthly bills as well as extending the lifespan of our water heaters. They’ve reliably handled our sump pump, well head, and water tank and most recently, Dennis expertly replaced our failing 1995 well pump. We called Monday morning, and Dennis arrived the same day at noon with the new pump already in the truck. The entire job was completed by 3pm, and our water pressure was fully restored throughout the house immediately. Our 14-year-old Toto Neorest toilet is now flushing perfectly again too! We’ve engaged several plumbing services in the area, and National Water Service was much better than all of those other companies combined. They are very responsive, professional, reasonably priced compared to their competition, and truly care about doing the job right. Dennis and the whole team are knowledgeable and courteous. Ray Gerstner16 April 2026Super quick, listened to all of my concerns and trusted me even without having power to do a full diagnostic of the current well pump that the pump was bad. Sure enough, after pulling about 50' up found a bad wire corrosion then 2 or 3 others as we went to 200'. The pump for 1988 may have been still good, but with the well head off there was no need to test our luck. Both guys were willing to proceed forward with a new pump and wire install. As the well head was fastened back on the power came back to neighborhood and a test was needed. Fingers crossed, a flip of a breaker, then flip the switch at the pump and then sound of running water through the pipes. Thanks for getting the job done.Posted on Google
