Powered by a generous grant from The Kahlert Foundation, this cafe is more than a place to eat. It is a vibrant, integrated workspace where individuals build confidence, develop transferable skills, and take meaningful steps toward greater independence and long-term career success. Opened through Richcroft, Inc. — a nonprofit with more than 40 years of supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Central Maryland — the Kahlert Cafe brings that same spirit of inclusion to a welcoming neighborhood dining space in Baltimore County’s Loveton Circle Business Park.
