The Hummingbird Inn is indeed a rare find. It is a beautiful property that possesses an effortless charm that feels both elegant and deeply welcoming. The rooms are beautifully appointed with each room having a different personality. The amenities include plush linens on very comfortable beds, bottled water, and complimentary Wi-Fi, just to name a few. The hospitality is exceptional; the warmth of the hosts is genuine and attentive yet entirely unobtrusive. The breakfasts served are nothing short of extraordinary. Easton is a very nice town with unique restaurants, art galleries and lots of things to do. The rooms are comfortable and show attention to detail. I enjoyed the time I spent at the inside seating areas, the beautiful gardens, outdoors an the wrap-around porch, and getting a drink at the speakeasy-style bar that recently opened. The owner, Eric, and manager, Mary, made me and my mom feel welcome, and they went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I went to celebrate my mom's birthday, and there were birthday decorations in the room when we arrived. Just one example of how they go above and beyond to make the experience special. One of the best parts of staying at the Hummingbird Inn is the 3 course breakfast Eric prepares in a lovely dining room. I am a foodie and we very impressed with the creative menu and the home-made breads, jams and scones. It was nice to start the day with the Hummingbird Paloma with pear nectar! Our room in this Victorian B & B was very large with two separate seating areas besides the sleeping area. It had extra high ceilings and meticulously clean and beautifully appointed furnishings. The landscaping was beautiful and includes a lovely garden seating area. The host was available for anything we might want and the breakfast was delicious and included locally prepared breads, pastries and condiments. Not only was the inn beautiful, comfortable, clean and in a great location, but the owner and staff were fantastic. From the moment we checked in to the minute we left, we felt welcomed and were treated like friends. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The front porch was spacious and surrounded by a lovely garden. But most notably, the breakfast was out of this world. Innkeeper and chef, Eric Levinson, not only ensures that your breakfast selections are made the day before so you are promptly served, but also takes special note of your specific food allergies. Kim Wyant31 December 2025My husband and I first visited the Hummingbird Inn in 2019 and were wowed. Our most recent visit was a couple of weeks ago and it's just as awesome as ever! All dressed up for Christmas, the inn is stunning. We enjoyed our 10th or maybe 11th stay - we've lost count! This lovely B&B in the heart of Easton is one of our happy places. It's in the perfect location to walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Eric is amazing, the heart and soul of the place along with his dog Birdie. He has an amazing staff who are all so friendly and genuine and willing to do whatever they can to make your stay amazing, The inn is beautiful, perhaps even more so at Christmas! The wraparound porch is the perfect place to relax and chat and when it gets too cold, head inside to the Charm Bar! And then there is his award-winning breakfast, incredible with fabulous Rise Up coffee, juices, scones, breads, a mimosa or a bellini and Eric's scrumptious creations. From the second you show up, everyone is super welcoming and makes you feel right at home. We stayed there this past weekend and really loved it! Eric, the owner (and cook!), keeps everything running smoothly and makes sure guests are comfortable. His breakfasts are honestly amazing—every morning there’s something delicious, and you can tell he loves what he does. Mary is awesome—she’s not just a fantastic host, but also knows all the best things to do around town. Her tips made our trip way more fun and interesting. Monique is always cheerful and friendly at breakfast, and she makes sure everyone starts their day off right. The rooms are squeaky-clean and very comfortable (the beds are especially great), so it’s easy to relax after a busy day. The neighborhood is really cute, and it’s nice being close to shops and markets. There’s plenty to explore just by walking around. I found myself exploring the hallways for the many people intriguing pieces on display - sipping morning coffee and slowly making my way back to the room! The garden is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing stroll. In the evenings, the gathering room is a fun spot to hang out, have a drink, and chat with other guests. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and just relaxing in the moment. I need to also mention Birdie, the adorable dog who makes everyone smile and adds a little extra joy to the place! The Hummingbird Inn has great service, tasty breakfasts, cl an and comfortable rooms, a friendly neighborhood, lovely gardens, and a cozy spot to hang out. M W24 August 2025The short version of this review: 10/10 in every possible way, I will be recommending the Hummingbird Inn to everyone I know and will be returning! The long version of this review: WOW. We stayed at the Hummingbird Inn to celebrate our anniversary, and it was everything we hoped for and more. We chose to stay here based on the plentiful positive reviews and the gorgeous rooms. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mary at the door of the inn. From the very first moment, Mary made our stay incredible. She made our dinner reservations, gave recommendations for local must-sees, and was so inviting. Shoutout to Mary!! We stayed in the Easton room and loved how bright and cheery it was. Everything was exactly as promised on the inn's website. There's plenty of outlets and the bed was comfy! The staff even added a "happy anniversary" banner to our hearth! And then, there was breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights and so got to eat breakfast at the inn twice. Both times, our food was DELICIOUS. I definitely recommend the Hummingbird Bellini, if you get a chance! Eric created some absolutely wonderful dishes for us, while accounting for food sensitivities. He was so nice and it was lovely chatting with him around the inn. He and Bev made breakfast fun and memorable. We left this weekend feeling like part of a family. It's so nice to see a place fostering a community. Everyone here seemed excited to be a part of things and you could feel that enthusiasm in everything. We will for sure be returning. J JGoogle27 July 2025My wife and I spent 2 night here in July, 2025. It was great. Eric does a fantastic job with the breakfasts, and he's very accommodating. The Inn is well run. Mary at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The rooms - we got a brief tour of all of them - are lovely, clean and well furnished. We stayed in the Crisfield (room 6) attic room, which has fun slanted ceilings, modern furnishings and nice windows on a corner. The air conditioning worked well. The Inn is a block from the nice galleries and restaurants in Easton and also close to the new "rails to trail" walking/running/biking path through town. The grounds are lush and spacious and the wrap-around porch is great to hang out on. We aren't big drinkers alcohol-wise but the little bar is also nice. Eric and the staff provided top quality everything: The room, food, service, location and even down to the outside atmosphere was fantastic! We arrived a little early on a sunny day, so once we were done exploring the town, we sat out back in the chases and enjoyed a cocktail and a little nap. The surrounding was encompassed by beautiful plants/trees and an assortment of flowers, birds chirping, bunnies and squirrels playing, topped off with a trickling water fountain. Kayla Daniels23 September 2024This place is perfection. The location is great, walkable to fantastic dining (including fine dining), running trails, and the cute downtown. The grounds and rooms are beautiful. We enjoyed many hours of sitting by the fountain. But the best parts are the food and the hospitality. The owner, Eric, makes the breakfast and whether you choose the sweet or savory option you can't go wrong. Between Eric and Mary, you are sure to be completely taken care of and have anything you need. As a side note: Eric was up and had coffee and scones ready for people doing the Ironman race at 4:30am. That's the level of hospitality this place has. It's super romantic, but also the perfect place for a group of friends. You cannot go wrong staying here.Posted on Google

We visited Easton for a long weekend to attend our friends' wedding in nearby Oxford, and we found both the town of Easton and the inn itself so charming. Eric and Mary were fantastic hosts, making us feel right at home from the moment we checked in, and coordinating dinner reservations for us at Legal Assets. Our room was clean, cozy, charming, and exactly what we were looking for for our romantic weekend away. L M10 July 2024We went to the Hummingbird Inn to get engaged and were so lucky to have them as a part of our wedding story of getting engaged under the willow tree in the garden. Not only did they make us feel so at home, but we were so pampered. The breakfast in the morning made by Chef Eric was absolutely delicious! The Concord room was not only stunning but also so comfy and were able to make ourselves at home for a few days. Thank you, Mary and Eric, for the wonderful customer service and love! Laura Clerie22 June 2024The Hunmingbird did not disappoint and lived up to its 5 star rating! You feel the love as soon as you walk in the door. The owner and staff go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. The beds, sheets, bathrobes, towels are all so cozy. The rooms were very clean and had a fresh scent. The Inn has a lot of character with many different eclectic pieces of art. Also you can’t miss the amazing breakfast like the others have said, everything was so delicious! It’s our home away from home and Eric always make sure all our needs are taken care of. We’ve celebrated my birthday here several times and will be there this year for my birthday! A J23 April 2024I highly recommend Hummingbird Inn B&B in Easton! We were looking for a quiet place to stay, "off the beaten path", and this place in this town was it! The glowing reviews I found drew me in, and it certainly lived up to my expectations! It was beautiful and quiet and included lots of little details. But what I will remember the most is how welcome I felt by the entire staff. Mary was there with the biggest smile when I checked in. Bev was friendly and kind in the dining room. The room was fabulous, the property is charming and well-appointed, the hospitality of the owners was wonderful, and the breakfast was beyond fabulous.
