Centro Tepeyac Women’s Center is a bilingual pregnancy resource center located in Silver Spring, Maryland, serving women and families across the greater DMV area. Since 1990, the center has provided free, confidential, and compassionate support to women facing unexpected or crisis pregnancies—especially within the Hispanic community.
Centro Tepeyac offers pregnancy testing, referrals for ultrasounds and healthcare, parenting and pregnancy education, and essential baby supplies, all in a safe and caring environment. Every service is provided at no cost, ensuring that women can access the help they need without fear, pressure, or judgment.
In 2024 alone, Centro Tepeyac supported hundreds of women and families through free pregnancy tests, healthcare referrals, baby care bundles, and client advocacy—walking with each woman through pregnancy and beyond.
Centro Tepeyac Women’s Center provides comprehensive pregnancy and parenting support designed to meet women where they are and walk with them every step of the way.
Services include free pregnancy testing, confidential options consulting in English and Spanish, referrals for ultrasounds and healthcare, parenting and prenatal education classes, and access to essential baby care items such as diapers, clothing, bottles, and supplies.
Educational programming focuses on pregnancy, nutrition, newborn care, parenting skills, wellness, and community connection. Classes are offered in Spanish, with select English offerings now available. Women experiencing crisis situations—including domestic violence or relationship instability—can also receive personalized support and advocacy.
