James Vasquez20 August 2026I’ve visited Dragonfly Crystal Store in Prince Frederick a couple of times now, and what stands out to me is that this is much more than just a place to buy beautiful crystals. They have a great selection, but what I really appreciated was the education that comes with the experience. If you’re new to crystals, energy, or chakras, you don’t need to know anything before walking in. They take the time to explain the different crystals, what they’re traditionally associated with, and how someone might choose one based on what they’re looking for personally or as a gift. On my visits, I had the opportunity to speak with Kissy and, on another visit, Losa. Both were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful without making the experience feel overwhelming or “spiritual.” They simply helped make everything easy to understand and offered thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for. Their customer service also impressed me. I purchased a crystal bracelet, but my wrist is larger than the typical size they carry. Rather than having me settle for a bracelet that was too tight, they took the time to adjust it so it fit properly. It was a small thing, but it showed how much they genuinely care about the customer experience. Even if you’ve never been into crystals before, I’d recommend stopping in. Whether you’re looking for a unique gift, something for yourself, or just want to learn a little more, it’s a very welcoming place to explore. Brandy25 April 2026Kissy and The Dragonfly Crystal Store is a true hidden gem 💎. I came across the store one day while shopping in downtown PF and I continue to visit on a weekly basis. I go there to purchase my crystals, herbal teas, and my husband and I partake in couple reiki sessions. I recently just completed my 4-week healing session with Kissy…and I have to say I am completely transformed. I have had a lot of past trauma that was preventing me from being my complete authentic self. Kissy is a Godsend. I went into the first session a ball of mess, holding onto past trauma and within the 4 short weeks I have come out brighter, lighter, and have a better understanding of what my true self needs and desires to live my best life. Kissy has lifted me from the dark hole I was in and helped me to find inner peace and sanctuary. I am so in awe of how talented and intuned Kissy is to my needs and knowing what’s best for my healing not only from this current life but past lives lived. I will continue with another round of healing sessions with Kissy soon. I look forward to coming out the other side radiating with self love, self compassion and a better understand of my overall needs, desires and manifesting what I’ve always wanted and needed. Everything from the products (crystals, teas, artwork, candles, sculptures, lighting) to the vibe when you walk in is beautiful and calming :) I was apprehensive about trying reiki as there is a stigma associated with it, but I decided that God's protection would be with me if I channeled my thoughts to what He willed for me. It was a very calming and relaxing experience, I had no idea how tense I was until the session was over. Kissy also knew where the painful areas of my body were without me saying a word to her! At the end of the session she was able to give me some advice about how to keep a more calm state in my body and mind. She is a very gifted woman and I believe that she has been placed here to help others. I was impressed with the selection--she has many special and rare crystals I have never seen before (and I have been collecting for decades), as well as high quality more commonly found stones. Her reiki healing was a beautiful experience, and she was able to share many insights with me after the session that support my healing journey. The previous occupant had issues with co-workers and left on bad terms , and I could feel the weight in the space as soon as I walked in. After speaking with Kissy, she recommended Gold Sheen Obsidian to protect against negativity, Blue Calcite to improve communication (especially helpful in sales), and Clear Quartz to heal the space and amplify positive energy. From the moment I got on the phone with Kissy, everything has been wonderful. Her recommendations were thoughtful and the crystals arrived beautifully packaged. The detailed explanations of each crystal, how to use them, and how to care for them were incredibly helpful. Everything was well thought out and of outstanding quality.
