Charity is someone who truly cares about her clients and will go the extra mile ! My severely disabled adult daughter came home with 20 lbs of fluid after a week long hospital stay post surgery. Getting her in and out of a car is a huge challenge so Charity came to our house to see her. She worked on moving the excess fluid in her right leg up so she can eliminate it. Within an hour she had put out an extra 100ml of urine. Charity is coming back next week so I’ll update the progress at that time too.

This place surprised me in all good ways. I took a chance as I haven’t been there before and it exceeded all my expectations. Charity is very down to earth and knowledgeable, her hands are magical, and the prices are affordable.

The therapist at Better Life Better Performance was absolutely amazing. On May 11, I reached out to get an appointment specifically for neck and shoulder pain. She had immediate availability on that Thursday, May 14, and the process from completing paperwork to the end of the appointment was smooth. At the beginning of my appointment, I had extreme tension, which was causing me a severe headache, and I left feeling pain-free. She took her time and applied the right pressure in the areas that needed it most. I feel like she went above and beyond. I highly recommend booking your next appointment here; you will not regret it.

Wonderful massage. Great pressure and technique. My mom was a massage therapist and I’ve had a lot of experience getting massages and this was really great! Hope to see her again soon!!

Charity is a master at her craft, she did an absolutely amazing job. She has hands of gold and can get as deep or as light as I or anyone needs. She is also compassionate, kind and caring, an all around 10 star experience.

Chronic upper/mid back pain that I have been carrying for years seemed pretty hopeless until Charity did her magic. A lot of the tension around my shoulder blades and neck feel much better. Absolutely will be returning. 10/10 recommend.

I’m in the military and just got back after being away for six months. Between wearing my plate carrier and helmet every day, I developed constant pain — my shoulder hurt even at rest, my upper back would ache anytime I looked down, and the tightness running up one side of my neck was giving me headaches.
Because I had so many issues built up, I booked a 90-minute session instead of 60. Honestly, I was worried it still wouldn’t be enough time to fix everything. But Charity went above and beyond. She immediately found all the problem areas — scar tissue, tight knots, and stress points — and methodically worked through each one. We used hot stones and cupping, and by the end of the session, I felt like a completely new person.
I walked out feeling looser, lighter, and pain-free for the first time in months. If you’re military, an athlete, or just dealing with serious tension and tightness, I can’t recommend Charity enough. Worth every minute.

What an amazing experience! Charity has magic hands and knew more of what my body needed than even I did. Will definitely be returning and telling everyone I know to go too!

Ive been going to Charity for a few months now for an old injury to my shoulder, she has helped with mobility. On days that its not as “spicy” of a spot she does and amazing all over massage and on spicy days she really focus’ on the tight spots. She has even incorporated cupping for long term relief and healing. Get the 5 massage bundle its well worth it!

I just had my first Swedish massage with Charity today and it was such a quality experience. Charity is very personable and professional and made sure to ask for feedback before and throughout the appointment, in order to for me to get the most out of the appointment. I get a lot of knots in my upper back and neck from the work I do and Charity really spent time working them out. I walked out of the appointment with my whole body feeling like jello—I haven’t felt this relaxed and pain free in months. I will definitely be back soon to try the deep tissue massage.

I have a bad hip injury that I have been dealing with for 3 years now and have had bad experiences in the past with massage therapy, but Charity changed it all for me today. I haven't slept good becasue of my pain in months, and as soon as Charity was done today I fell asleep for a good few hours. I highly recomend Charity to anyone who is looking for pain relief. I promise you will not be disapointed.

I have been dealing with some tension in my back for quite some time now and didnt wanna have to leave the comfort of my home to get a massage. I reached out to Charity to book a mobile massage and didn't really know what to expect but I was pleasantly greeted with her professional demeanor. She was really nice and booked my appt right away and was very accommodating. Now for the Massage, it was EVERYTHING I NEEDED!! She was soo well prepared with everything from the relaxation music, to candles, oils, scents etc Her equitment was clean and She has hands that are a gift from God!! I really feel 10 times better which makes me very happy.. I really appreciated her professionalism and kind demeanor the most. I will most certainly be using her from now on and have already referred some of my friends and family.. Thankyou again Charity 😁

Charity is so intuitive! Been getting massages for over a year now from her and I no longer have to tell her where my tight spots are...she can feel them and begins working them out right away. She also does cupping, which is a magical gift! A cup can be pulling out toxins and breaking up tight muscles while she's working on other areas so you get more bang for your buck! Highly recommend!!
