Founded and led by Cameroon-born chef and owner Sabina Jules – an IT professional turned celebrated chef – Motherland Kitchen is rooted in generations of West and Central African cooking tradition. Sabina began learning to cook at age nine, following her mother, a professional chef, through the kitchen.

Every dish at Motherland Kitchen is made with simple, natural ingredients sourced from local farmers the team knows and trusts. Recipes passed down through generations are prepared fresh, made from scratch, and served with warmth. Sabina sees herself as an ambassador for African cuisines, turning each meal into an educational and cultural experience for her guests.
