Rooted in a family tradition that began in Granite Quarry, NC, passed through DC in the 1950s, and grew up in Detroit, Chef Jackson draws inspiration from generations of soulful home cooking. At the heart of it all is Grandma Sadie, whose graceful mastery of southern cuisine sparked a lifelong passion. From his first full meal at age 16 to today’s full-service catering, Chef Jackson now brings his culinary story to events across Maryland.
