Founded by experienced educator Mrs. Jasmine Berry (affectionately known as Ms. Leary to her former students), the company was born from a passion for helping learners of all backgrounds thrive.

With 7 years of teaching experience in Phoenix, AZ and Washington, DC, plus tutoring in Maryland public schools, Jasmine recognized the diverse needs of learners and created Bridging Gaps to provide personalized educational support. Her foundation in the Children’s Ministry and her teaching background both inspire her mission: to build confidence, foster a love for learning, and help students recognize their strengths so they can reach their full potential.
